SportFanVA is a free sports quiz and entertainment platform designed for sports fans in India. The Service includes:

• AI-powered daily sports quiz covering cricket, football, kabaddi, tennis, and more
• Daily features including Sports Shock, Detective, Fan Verdict, and Time Machine
• Sports news summaries and editorial articles
• XP and leaderboard systems for registered users
• User accounts with Firebase authentication (Google Sign-In and Phone OTP)

SportFanVA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use SportFanVA. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the Service. By using SportFanVA, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements.

The Service is intended primarily for users located in India. Users accessing the Service from outside India do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with their local laws.

4. User Accounts

You may use SportFanVA without creating an account, but certain features (including XP tracking, leaderboards, and score saving) require registration. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable Indian or international laws or regulations
• Transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Service or its systems
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service without our written consent
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from the Service for commercial purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Manipulate quiz scores, XP, or leaderboard standings through any artificial means

6. Intellectual Property

All content on SportFanVA — including but not limited to quiz questions, articles, design, graphics, logos, and the "SportFanVA" name — is the property of SportFanVA or its content partners and is protected by applicable Indian and international copyright laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the Service without our prior written permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. SportFanVA does not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Quiz content is 100% accurate, complete, or current at all times
• Results obtained from the Service will meet your requirements
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

Sports statistics and news content on SportFanVA is for entertainment purposes only. Always verify critical sports information from official league and board sources.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SportFanVA and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, for our free service, shall be zero).

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may stop using the Service at any time. If you have a registered account, you may request deletion by contacting us at the email below.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
